Frame Effects

[ Format - Style... Alt+S - Frame Effects ]

Use this drop down list to select the following frame effects:

None:  No effect will be applied to this frame.

Fade in/out:  Use this effect to fade the frame to or from a designated color.  The designated color can chosen using the 'More..' button.

Sweeping highlight:  Use this effect to create an animated highlight for the selected frame.

Cross fade:  Use this effect to dissolve the current frame into the next frame.  The duration of the fade can be set via the 'More..' button.

Transitional Fades Start:  This effect is similar to a cross fade, however it is applied to all subsequent frames until a 'Transitional Fades Stop' is encountered.  The duration of the transitional fade can be set via the 'More..' button.  A small duration will create a motion blur style effect.  A longer duration can be used to simulate the fading in/out of menu items, popup windows, etc.

Note:  the Transitional Fades effect is only rendered in the Flash output.

Transitional Fades Stop:  Turns off Transitional Fades.

Zoom to Region:  This effect allows you to zoom into a selected area within your presentation.  You can set the zoom region by dragging and resizing the green rectangle in the Preview window.  The zoom region can also automatically follow the mouse.  To enable automatic panning click on the More.. button next to the selected Frame Effect and check the Follow Mouse option.

Zoom Out:  Turns off the zoom region.

Note:   Zooming directly from one zoom region to another is possible.  Using two zooms with the same sized area will result in a Pan effect.
