Hotspot URL [ Format - Style... Alt+S - Hotspot Style ] This option enables your demo to open a web page or load a new demo when the mouse is clicked on the hotspot. The URL can be of any type, including an HTML file, an image or another Flash movie. If your demo is playing in a web browser, the URL will be displayed in the window or frame specified by the Target. You can select a target from the drop down list, or enter your own target string. The target name “_level0” can be used to load another demo (or any other Flash movie) into the same Flash window, replacing the current demo. The target name “_level1” can be used to place another Flash movie over the current demo. If a "_level1" demo has any transparent regions, then the original demo will show through from underneath. If you plan to use the Adobe Flash projector for your demo, then you can also use the FSCommand action in the URL and Target fields. For example, to instruct the projector to go to full screen mode do the following: In the 'URL / Command' field type 'fscommand:fullscreen' and in the 'Target' field type 'true'. You can find out more about the Adobe FSCommand on the Adobe web site. The URL can be tested within Instant Demo by holding down a Ctrl key and left clicking on the hotspot when previewing your movie. |
